Our excavation / Demolition department primarily function  is to offer excavation & demolition to clients such as builders, developers, trades and engineering consultancy  firms as a contract rate or hourly rate. This has enabled Urban Professionals to deliver the clients project commitments.

 

Plant that we have available for your next project are as follows;

• 4.5T rubber tracked excavators with tilt buckets to ease hard to get areas for detailed work
• 14T,16T,20T and 30T  excavators
• 12T excavator with rock saw
• Rollers
• Bobcats
• Tippers
• Attachments - rock saw, post hole auger, hammer

Demolition Service

• Licence No. class 1 and 2 NSW 202116DE2
• Asbestos Removal
• Internal Residential and Commercial strip-outs
• Structural Demolition
• Hazardous material management and removal

Float Charges are at the cost of the particular machine and area to be transported to and duration of hire. Minimum hours for all hire is 4 hrs. 8hrs minimum for 12T excavator over.

Our aim is to provide all services in house so we can effectively manage detail and quality. All excavation is supervised by our civil or geotechnical engineers giving our clients peace of mind.
